The 25HL (2500L) beer brewing system with such capacity and configuration is flexible for either small annual amount or the bigger commercial production request, with a big range of brew batches, it can be configured with the cellars from 25hl to 100HL and even bigger ones.
Efficiency and quality is the biggest advantage of such brewhouse configuration, besides it brings big labor cost and energy saving.
The brewing process can be started in evening time or before the official daily job starting when combined with good automation process. Therefor the daily brewing efficiency can be increased significantly.
