The 50hl brewhouse is used for large scale production capacity request, and also for continuous brewing,which is aiming for the production capacity of 50 000-100 000HL per year by consisting of good cellar tanks configuration and utilities. And it is flexible for brewing of craft beer or industrial brewing. And brewing system combined with such brewhouse can be under processing for 24 hours as production request.
It is with perfect automation combined with this system, to make the whole system running without human intervention. Besides the automation production process control, the automation can be combined with further recipe management, ERP system etc.
A big plato range can be designed and fabricated as the various request from end user.
