The 2000l 5000l fully automatic cip system is used for large scale production request, who has the whole brewing system or beverage production line etc, which is fully configured and higher automated.
For industry beer or other beverage production, the CIP system keep running for cleaning while the daily production not stop.
The CIP station is with hard piping extended to all the main production parts and necessary utilities to be cleaned. The full program software is with CIP recipes combined, and cleaning being completed via concentrated operation via PC.
Based on different cleaning process request, the CIP system configuration differs from 5-7 tanks, or being combined with part of exist unit like water tanks etc.
