The bright tank is a key component in the beer brewing process, specifically in the conditioning and carbonation stages. As part of the brewery’s fermentation process, beer is transferred from fermenters to the bright tank for the final stages of maturation. In this vessel, the beer undergoes clarification, where the remaining particles settle out, resulting in a clear and bright appearance. Additionally, carbonation is carefully controlled in the bright tank, ensuring the desired level of fizziness in the finished product.
The bright tank is equipped with pressure regulation systems to maintain optimal carbonation levels while preventing over-pressurization. With its large capacity range, the 1000 - 5000l bright tank allows breweries to efficiently produce and store significant quantities of beer before packaging. It’s durable construction and precise engineering make it an essential piece of equipment for breweries striving to maintain quality and consistency in their beer production.
There is an option to enhance the interior surface with optional features such as polished, brushed, mirror-polished, and pickled passivation.
Depending on your specific fermentation process and brewing type, you can choose between shadowless manholes or top manholes.
The tank is designed with a larger head space, and the covering head space volume is separately and additionally calculated for your convenience.
Operating the tank is made easy with the inclusion of a dedicated ladder.
For simple lifting, the tank comes equipped with lifting lugs.
Facilitating flexible beer conveying, the tank is equipped with a swivel rocker.
To guarantee proper tank alignment and leveling, adjustment bolts are provided.
