The horizontal tank is used at the stage after main fermentation process for lagering. After the main fermentation process, the beer being transferred to the horizontal tanks.
The tanks are mostly horizontal and stacked for space saving, it is insulated, jacketed and combined with glycol loop.
All tanks are made by SUS304/304L, with good surface treatment, the cooling area is reasonable for precise temp maintaining, which makes the beer lagering temp under stable control.
The tanks volume is customized as the facility size and height request,with flexible length and height design. The tank is also possible to use plastic bag for beer storage under slight design modification.
It can be also used for beer transportation with optional function of using forklift to remove and configured with portable air compressor and chiller, which comes out the function of event tanks
A single layer tank is also possible to customize if it is supposed to be installed in cold room.
